Outlook:	Forest Service style hut located in a gully beside Gold Creek, NE Ruahines.  Not frequently visited and accessed via the Makaroro Riverbed and Gold Creek Ridge, or by keeping high along the farmland if the river is difficult to cross. The ridge track makes easy travelling.
